Head of Research

I am interested in the impact of emotions and personal relevance on cognition and behavior. Furthermore, I investigate social and self-related processing in Autism, as well as special interests and their role for the autistic self. In my research, I combine multiple neurophysiological / imaging measures (e.g., EEG, fMRI, pupillometry, simultaneous EEG-fMRI) and behavioral / questionnaire data.
