Borja Rodríguez de Santiago

My research interests focus on investigating the efficacy of breathwork practices as interventions for childhood trauma and their subsequent effects on physiological measurements and brain activity patterns.

Some activities I enjoy outside of research are rock climbing, health optimisation and science communication.

Borja´s breathwork study is funded by the Tiny Blue Dot Foundation.
